Valle d’Aosta

To make Syrah, the best grapes are carefully selected, slight withering in small plastic cases, a slow maceration with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, it is put into small oak barrels for a minimum period of 6/8 months, after which it is bottled. It is sold at about 16/18 months from harvesting.

To be served at a temperature of 18° in large goblets.
