MOSCATO BIANCO D.O.P.
Valle d’Aosta


The vineyard has an extension of 3.000 sqms at 800ms.  The moscato is harvested in the middle of October. The harvest is collected in small cases, taken inside the cellars, crushed and left to macerate with its skins for two days. It is then pressed and temperature-controlled fermentation (no higher than 20°)begins. No malolactic fermentation is carried out.

Several months in stainless steel tanks and then it is bottled, kept to age for two months. At the end of spring it is put on the market.

To be served at 8°/10°.
