The vineyard covers 3.000 square metres, divided into two plots with different altitudes (800/850 metres).Cultivated on sandy grounds, Traminer is harvested around the 10th/15th of October.
Cold-maceration with its skins for about 48 hours, pressing and beginning of the alcoholic fermentation with a controlled temperature.
Once fermentation is finished, the wine is kept on its dregs for about 2 months, with manual bâtonnages each week.
It is bottled in March and is ready for sale.
Intense aroma, soft, sapid and persistent taste.
