CORNALIN D.O.P.
Aosta Valley
This wine is made up of 100% Cornalin grapes, harvested at the end of October. It is an other important autochthonous wine, cousin of the most titled Fumin, both have been very common in Aosta Valley since 1800.
Taken to the cellar, it is crushed and fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation is the same and it is bottled in May.
Intense and lightly spicy perfumes, interesting tannins.
